Traffic Rules – Fine
The person who causes the accident should carry the patient to hospital under Motor Vehicle Law Section 134 It is mandatory for doctors to treat the patient under Motor Vehicle Law Section 134. Do not wait if you’re cruising down the road with the cool breeze in your hair and the next thing you know is that you’re journey’s put to an end by a cop, lovingly referred to as ‘mama’ because you broke a traffic rule that you did not know about in the first place.
